This year went really well again. Though it was a little rainy(Okay a lot rainy, in the 2nd week. The rest of the time was warm and humid.
My time there was spent fighting, Marshalling, fighting, and assorted other items. Camp was well organized and we had fun. I really enjoyed having all my friedns so close and able to spend time with. It was great.
I did go to register arms:
Azure, a Chevron Ploye and Cotised in base a Pelican in her Piety, Argent.
And yes I am a Pelcian. :) |

Well it is time again to start the great trek. Yes, it is time to consider what is needed to go to Pennsic. Fortunatly, my family all wants to go this year. Meaning all the kids are excited and ready to be there. We will see how the two weeks fair. Last year they went well, especially giving everyone the day off from the event. We spent a night in a hotel and the day at Kenny Land. I am thinking that this year we may try two nights and not one. We will see. |
Work has gotten to be crazed. Can't seem to get a break these days.
Looking forward to going to Cornation this weekend. Hopefully I will be able to fight in the tourney.

| » Long Days and Nights |

Well another long day and night has come and gone. A lot of little things all day long. Though I did manage to get a survey going at work. Hopefully that will yield some good results.
I have been mentally preping myself to give up the job of Local Seneschal for the Barony. It is going to be interesting for me to do this. In the last few years I have grown accustomed to working and helping with everything. Plus being at the center of the decision process. It does not help that my mundane work has a lot changing and my responsibilities are becoming more defined. Oh well I will deal with it.
So tomorrow is my Lady's birthday, if you can guess her age, she might smile. :)

Well Birka has ended and overall the event went very well. We had many people and much good conversation. I am still coming into this being a Peer of the Realm. It has been a very interesting year and next year will be exciting.

| » Holidays are upon us |

Well the Holiday time period is on us and I just can not seem to find enough time to do everything. Work is needing more time and everything is also. We have the house decorations coming along well and are ready for the season. This coming weekend, I amy be running down to Bridge for thier Birthday and then back here for a friends Birthday. This is what my lifre has been like. In a single day, I have 3 things to do al of them at the same hour. Why?
We have been doing the first kids is starting to drive. My oldest is working on finishing her Drivers Education. I just can't wait for her to start on her own(not). This week she started working at the stables, she has been taking lessons at, this is the first job. We will see how she does. Should be good. My middle daughter is just going through her school work. She does well and learns it easy. My youngest has found that Pokemon is great. Keeps saving money to buy more.
